  This company will give you the run around until you're outside of thier policy timeframes so they're not held accountable for thier faulty equipment. I purchased a washer and within 3 weeks of having it the washer stopped functioning. I called came consistently to have it fixed and for 3 weeks received no response/ promises to have someone come out but nothing. Finally I took a day off to go to thier shop to confront them and was told by the service manager that due to all the issues they would refund my money on Tuesday when they came to retrieve the washer. After Tuesday arrived and no call I called again and got the sales manager Eric who assured me they would be out within the hour. After 2 hours passed I received a call from thier service tech saying the can only come out and try and fix the washer but nothing else could be done. So basically due to thier lack of customer service and follow through I would be stuck with their faulty product. I know you take a risk buying used products but I learned my lesson. My wife is pregnant and hasn't been able to wash clothes in our house for almost a month and a half and I have no faith that they will ever try to remedy this situation. I just don't want anyone else to find themselves on the end but of a bad deal they're nice when they want your money but don't give a damn about resolving customers issues. So basically I paid 400 for a product that lasted 3 weeks. If your ok with waistling your money by all means buy here. If you value your money don't use this company.
