  A few months ago I decided to redo the floors and obtained 5 bids before deciding on Ceramic Creations, which I found via Floor & Decor. The job entailed pulling up tile from a kitchen and entry and installing water resistant laminate throughout the first floor and upstairs hallway. The price was the most reasonable and I loved the idea of wood floors in the kitchen; the water resistant laminate made sense versus hardwood-look tile. I had a number of questions about the work and John the salesman patiently answered them both during and throughout the process. I thought the work would take two days, but took three and was worth the extra time because of the care taken to do a fabulous job. I was fortunate to get installers Paul and Adam who were not only a great team, but courteous and professional and had a wealth of experience. They taped off the kitchen area when jack hammering the tile to try to contain the dust, cleaned up as they went and did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as possible. To say that I'm thrilled with my floors would be an understatement! The Aquaguard Cerise looks incredible and Paul did a fabulous job laying it in a pattern that looked natural. Given my experience, I would trust Ceramic Creations to do more work and would request the same team complete the job. Outstanding job! Thank you!
