Everything started off great. We found the Armstrong/Bruce wood floor we wanted and got a fair price. The sales experience went well and the salesman was courteous and helpful. Where it started to go downhill was when we discovered (after we had picked up the flooring) that it was not what we had ordered. The store admitted their mistake but expected us to return the wood to the store, which had to pay our installers to do. To the store's credit, they did deliver the replacement flooring, but refused to compensate us for the cost of the return. The manager definitely needs some customer service training. He never apologized for his mistake or assured us that he would do whatever it would take to make us happy. We felt as though they regretted the deal they made and had seller's remorse. We are planning to purchase more flooring for our bathrooms, but will shop elsewhere.
